- Multi-employer pension funds — Advising boards of trustees of several of the country's largest Taft-Hartley funds on issues such as lending, investing, developing, land use and leasing. Often, these same clients turn to our firm for operational support, such as negotiating leases or issuing unlawful detainers.
- Landlord-tenant law — Advising landlords and tenants on commercial and residential leasing matters, including drafting lease agreements.
